Because our flowers, plants, and custom arrangements are perishable and often made to order, all purchases are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or you have a concern about its condition, please contact us as soon as possible at info@meusfloral.com or 479-222-0881. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
